Fall of roof at the face when approaching a dangerous part which required inure than ordinary care. He lived until the 11th October the roof is more or less irregular in this seam, clod putting in at places under the rock, and when it does so close timbering is necessary, but the maximum distance for timber does not appear to have received consideration under these conditions and was not altered being 15ft by 15ft. Under such circumstances these distances are absurd, and even under rock they are too great and do not meet the spirit of Special Rule 2.
