In main level, repairing. Collapse of two bars one had two jack props placed under it by deceased, the other bar had a jack prop under the middle. Both bars were canted so much that the upright jack props did not hold them when one of the end props was underfooted, the whole place came in, another man narrowly escaped. (Average roof).
