Deceased died On 19th October from heart failure due to an aneurysm. He had been medically attended since about 14th August, when he complained of a pain in his chest. Nothing was said of any accident until after death occurred, when it was alleged that deceased was injured on 30th July by slipping and falling against the coal while assisting in setting a 9-feet tree.
