This boy was seen to leave his place and crawl through the bars of a fence where there was gearing. His foremen shouted to him and went to fetch him out but before he could reach him he heard a scream and found the lad with his right arm nearly severed from the shoulder. He died from shock. It is probable that he went through the fence to get a tool which he had accidentally dropped.
