Deceased was lifting the limbers out of the yoke-hole of a tub, when the pony went away, drawing the tub against his head and crushing it between the tub end and a balk. The landing is heavily timbered with balks 8 feet to 4 feet apart, which are just above the tub height. Probably deceased, in his efforts to lift the limbers, raised his head in between the baulks.
