Deceased was attempting to uncouple some full tubs, which were in motion, before they had run down to the usual position. His head caught against a "knock-off," projecting from the roof to detach the set automatically, and he fell between the tubs. The tubs were stopped within a distance of 6 feet, but his skull was fractured.
