Preparing to bar flywheel round to get to cataract pump of large air-compressing engines, made by Fraser & Chalmers. The flywheel reversed, kicked-back, causing the lever deceased held to fly up, inflicting a fatal blow on the jaw. There must have been some air pressure in the cylinders.
