- Inquiry made. Deceased was making a hole in the roof for the stand of his drill when a small stone fell striking his eye and a small portion lodged therein. He worked a day or two after the accident but his eye got much inflamed. He died at the Royal Infirmary, Liverpool from the effects of the accident.
