He and two other men had just stated to build a gate end pack when the roof began to fall without any warning. The two men rushed out of the place and were saved but the deceased was caught and killed. Some pillars were being worked out and there was in consequence a heavy weight on the timber and when the fall occurred it displaced at least 30 props and several bars.
