Inspection made and inquest attended. He had attached a tub to the rope bottom of the jig and had given the signal to the jigger to go on and as they did not start for some time he went in front of tub instead of keeping at the side to signal the second time when suddenly they started jigging and deceased got crushed by the empty tub starting up the jig. He succumbed to the injuries received the following day.
