The deceased was putting a hutch into the tippler, but did not intend it to turn round, and to prevent its doing so he put his foot on the tippler which had begun to turn round, he was, however, unable to stop it and it lifted him up and caused him to fall over the fence on to the waggon road, 21 feet below.
