Deceased was working at the bottom of a brow and it was his duty to bring forward and lash on the empty tubs immediately they had passed the terminal pulley. For some unknown reason he must have been standing between the full tub and the pulley frame. When the tub was moved forward by other full tubs coming behind it deceased was crushed between the tub and the pulley frame. He received injuries from which he died on the following day.
