Whilst moving a cool cutter from one part of the mine to another, the trolley to which the machine was lashed got off the road, and it appears probable that the machine got displaced. When the trolley was pulled forward by levers the machine struck a prop, which fell out, and a fall of roof fatally injured deceased. He died on the 29th May, 1911.
