Fall of roof at face, rock, 12ft. by 5ft. by 2ft. thick, crushed out two props and fell on deceased. Along one side of the stone there was an upthrow fault of 13ins. seeing which extra care ought to have been taken by propping closely. Deceased was working with an experienced collier. No.2 Rhondda seam.
