Deceased, when probably standing on one of the rails of the fencing of the screening machinery, was struck on the head by the metallic fastener of a rapidly moving belt. Deceased is said to have been given instructions that no oiling was to he done while the machinery was in motion. There was no witness of the accident and deceased never regained consciousness up to the time of his death on March 25th.
