Deceased, who was taking a train of coal down a heading dipping 2.5 ins. per yard, was found dead under the tram. From the marks on the road, and the position of his lamp, which was found alight, it seemed clear that the tram had got off the rails and that in lifting it on again with the aid of a pull by the horse he had fallen and was run over.
