Deceased and some fitters had been repairing a hauling engine and to see how it would work the engineman started it. Directly he did so he heard deceased scream out. The engine was stopped and deceased was found between the arms of the flywheel. When it was decided to start the engine deceased who was standing near the flywheel was asked if he was safe and he replied that he was.
