Fall of roof in roadway whilst repairing, taking out a prop with short hammer when prop liberated, immense stone sidled out four props, could only have been prevented by setting a spurn to bar next prop to be taken, possibly had gablock and chain been used he might not have been under the fall. (Good roof).
