The rope of this passed round a snatch block pulley attached to an anchor prop. Owing to the conveyor becoming nipped by roof weight an extra stress on the rope broke the prop. When knocking out the old anchor prop the rope flew, knocked out 7 props and pinned deceased against the pack corner, causing fearful injuries.
