A fall of roof occurred in Crossgate and caught and so severely injured him that he died on the 21st. He was holding a light until his mate took some stone, which appeared dangerous, down, but before it was touched it fell and brought more with it. The stone was shot shaken and timber ought to have been set under before the accident occurred.
