Whilst deceased was getting his snap at the side of the empty road in a passbye one of a train of full tubs which was being drawn out, left the metals & Collided with a run of empties, forcing one of them also off the metals and crossing deceased against a prop. He sustained a fracture at the base of the skull and a broken leg and died almost immediately.
