Fall of roof in waste in a dirt hole deceased sat near fireman loosening a prop with hammer preparatory so using gablock and chain to drew the prop a crump in the roof caused a stratum of coal to lever the prop out the coal fell on the head and side of body of deceased he walked home. Died 27th January. (Good roof.)
