He was hand putting when the full tub he was bringing out got off the way at the front end and ended up. He struck his head against the tub, and although he put it on the way without help, & completed his shift. He complained of pain in the head and neck. He did not work again and died on May 5th from meningitis, brought about by the same accident in which Joseph Clarence Lawson was involved in.
