Inspection made and inquest attended. He was assisting to jig a set of ten tubs. The jig wheel was apparently too small for its load and deceased and a boy were pressing the brake down to stop the tubs when the brake strap broke and deceased was thrown violently against the roof. He succumbed to the injuries received on the 14th instant.
