Deceased was driving from some crutters along a level to an engine dip shunt. The road is level and of good height and width and in every way suitable for a boy to learn driving. His work was light, as be only had to take a few tubs per shift. The road passes through a set of stables, and it was at the end of these stables that the ostler found deceased lying under the tub with his neck broken. How lie got into this position there was no evidence to show.
