Whilst knocking out a back prop, with the object of drawing out the bar which it supported, he was caught by a fall of roof 15 feet by 9 feet by 2 feet. If he had obeyed the deputy's orders and set a bar the accident might, possibly have been pervented. Three bars were reeled out by the fall.
