Fall of roof on road; while acting as a haulier for the day, a small stone fell from the roof upon his hand, while it was resting on the shaft forming part of the harness of a horse, and crushed it badly. Although the wound progressed favourably towards healing, tetanus set in on the 16th which caused his death on the 24th April. Six Feet Seam. Safety lamps.
