Deceased was driving a set, of 7 full tubs on a road dipping outbye 0.5 inch per yard and at that place narrow. The tail chain by which the horse was attached to the first tub became detached. He went behind the horse and attempted to attach the chain while the set was in motion. In this he failed, and he stood at the side to allow the set to pass when he was crushed between the tubs and the side, and he died from his injuries two days later.
