Deceased and a repairer had pulled out two pairs of timber, and one arm of an intermediate pair with a prop drawing machine, and were, barring down some of the cliff roof which had been deprived of its support, when a large fall occurred, and the remaining arm of the central pair was forced violently against deceased’s abdomen, and inflicted internal injuries from which he died next day.
