Deceased was cutting the coal at the headside of a heading 4 yards wide in the Seven Feet Banbury (inclination 45 degrees) A goth occurred, and a fall of coal reeled two posts, two feet apart, at the head-side and Kesteven was knocked down the slope to the deep-side and killed.
