Deceased was sweeping up coal dust from gangways which were used for oiling purposes at the screening plant and as he passed a conveyor on the floor level his foot was caught, he was dragged in and so badly injured that he died four hours later. He died four hours later. He was doing what he did with his foreman's sanction. The foreman should not have allowed him to do such work with the machinery was in motion.
