Deceased was hewing in a place in the Maudlin seam in the broken going parallel to a small trouble. The road crossed this trouble and the pony putter in going outbye got off way and deceased came out to help to get the tub on the road leaving his lamp at the face. A fall of roof possibly caused by the derailed tub loosening a prop occurred and deceased was pinned behind the tub.
