A haulier William Thomas Anthony, was taking away a loaded tram of coal from the deceased stall. The horse had started away with the tram, when the haulier who was proceeding in front of the horse, heard the deceased shouting. He went back and found the deceased had been injured. The deceased said that he had been caught between the tram and the side. Cause of Death: Shock from injuries sustained whilst following his employment at Pantyffynnon Colliery, Ammanford.
