Details of Event
Deceased was putting on a level road with a strong post roof. He was sitting in an empty steel tub which he was taking inbye when a block of roof stone broke through the timer and fell on to the tub. The stone was 10 feet by 4 feet and tapered from 10 inches on one side to a feathery edge on the other. He was instantly killed, but the pony was uninjured. There was no sign of roof weighting immediately after the accident, and the tub was on the way.
