Whilst taking an empty tub along the bank of his stall be was caught by a fall of roof coal and clod 16 feet by 24 feet by 2 feet 10 inches. The fall exposed a slip and 6 props and 2 roof bars were reeled out. A sudden weight seems to have caused the accident.
