Deceased was found unconscious on a haulage road, the rope having cuts its way into the bone of his left arm. Whether his sleeve became caught in the course of his work, or whether he fainted and fell across the rope is unknown. The arm became gangrenous and had to he amputated. He died from the effects of the injury on March 1st.
