- Inquiry made and inquest attended. A drawer who had two scotches in a full tub when letting it down a brow dipping one n six with a hemp rope fastened to a prop and twisted a couple of times around the hook of tub somehow got the rope off the hook of the tub and the tub ran downbrow striking, the deceased near top of a jig. It was advised at the inquiry that a safer system should be adopted for letting the full tubs down that road in future.
