- While in charge of a horse he fell over the edge of a gallery to the bottom at the quarry a distance of 25 yards. There was a clear space of 7 feet between the outer rail of the tramway and the edge of the gallery. The deceased was lame and subject to fits and should never have been put in charge of a horse in such a place.
