Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased and another person were turning a windlass, which was bringing a full tub up a slant and the chain slipped off the coil on to another throwing the handles probably out of their grasp when the revolving handle struck deceased on the head. He succumbed to the injuries received November 24, 1905.
