- Deceased was crushed between the full trams and the side after he bad disconnected the electric signal wires which were disarranged. The engine man said he had a signal to pull up and did so but it is not likely that deceased gave a signal as there was not enough room between the tram and side for him to stand in safety. Died in five days.
