Died from septic pneumonia, possibly the result of a strain, said to have been received at work, Coal by lifting a piece of coal into a tram. The evidence before the jury, to my mind, was not as complete as it should to have been and I was very doubtful as to whether it should be classed as an accident comprised under the Mines Act.
