Deceased was standing behind an overturned tub on the side of the roadway. A full tub came towards him and struck the overturned tub crushing deceased into the side. The road was dipping and one of the lockers in the wheels of the full tub broke a few yards away. The wheels of the empty tub were fouling the line. He died the next day.
