Whilst in a downbrow at the top of it on the lower side of the level watching a train of empty tubs being drawn by rope on the level one of the empty tubs left the rails caught one of the eight tubs standing on a parallel road on lower side these eight tubs were carried forward the first of these caught the head of deceased crushing it against a prop. He was knelt down and did not see the tub.
