He was bringing out three full tubs around a bend with a crossgate when he stated the timbers caught and displaced a prop supporting a bar. The bar fell on the pony’s back and then slipped off behind and the deceased who was walking at the pony’s side was crushed between the bar and the first tub and so severely injured that he died on the 4th.
