Deceased was engaged in shunting operations, and signalled to a locomotive driver to draw away several wagons standing at some points. The first wagon had been brought from a cross road and attached to the front of the others. The locomotive had come down the straight road and then been coupled to the train. Deceased had apparently forgotten that the leading wagon had altered the points, for, when it was moved, it took the cross road and crushed the man between it and wagons standing upon an adjacent road.
