- Whilst lifting a tub on to the read underneath the gate ripping he was caught by a fall of roof about 9 feet by 1 foot 10 inches by 1 foot 11 inches. The fall came, from the ripping lip. Two props were displaced, one of which may have, been caught by the tub.
