He was walking in front of a set of 12 tubs drawn up an engine plane by single rope at 2.5 miles per hour and called out to his assistant 20 yards in front who stopped the rope. Deceased was found between the second tub and the side of the road and from evidence on the road he bad been dragged 15 yards in that position.
