Fall of side at face, coal, 8 feet by 14 inches by 3 feet thick, foil over a steel rail sprag, and crushed deceased against the gob wall. The accident was caused by the pressure forcing the head of the steel rail into the overhanging coal, and is an illustration of the danger of using steel rails as sprags. Six feet seam.
