Deceased worked at a saw mill used to cut up wood for props he had sawn a prop 5 ins diameter into two, and had put through one of the pieces to cut it into other two pieces, and when the operation had been done the man at the opposite end failed to take away one of the cut pieces clear from the saw, and it was caught and drawn into the sawn again and thrown forward with terrific force and it struck deceased in the face.
