Fall of roof at road clift 14ft. by 6ft by 2.25ft thick fell as deceased's partner was propping it preparatory to setting double timbers under it. Some low timbers had been knocked out on the previous night and the lower bed of roof rolled down but the timbers were not replaced, as they should have been, allowing roof to break. No.2 Rhondda seam.
